Hugh Stubbins

Hugh Asher Stubbins Junior (11.01.1912 – 05.07. 2006) was an american architect who designed several high-tech buildings around the world.
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, United States, he attended the Georgia Institute of Technology before getting his master's degree from Harvard University.
He founded the Hugh Stubbins and Associates architectural company, which was later followed by The Stubbins Associates.
In 2007 this company merged with the Philadelphia-based architect Kling to form the new KlingStubbins company.
Among the best known works by Stubbins is the 1997 Citicorp Center in New York.
